My actions aren't sending
First check that your daily quotas are not at 0 and that your extension is active with a LinkedIn tab open. Without this, your actions can't be sent. Also make sure you're during your working hours on ProspectIn. If the problem persists, contact us via chat from your ProspectIn CRM.
I am unable to send any messages to my prospects
Verify that you are not trying to send a message to a prospect with whom you are not yet connected (i.e. who is not in your network). If this is the case you must choose the "Connection" tab and not the "Message" tab, because LinkedIn does not allow you to send messages to people with whom you are not connected.
I cannot access the back office (i.e. ProspectIn CRM)
If a pink screen loads indefinitely prompting you to open a LinkedIn tab, but you already have a LinkedIn tab open, try disconnecting from LinkedIn and logging back in. If the problem persists, contact us. šŸ‘© šŸ’»
Prospects do not go the next step of my scenario
Scenario delays work as follows: When you perform a standard "visit/connect/message" scenario with a delay of 1 day between actions, a script that runs 2x a day (1pm and 1am) analyzes when the last action was executed, so as to determine whether the prospect needs to go to the next step or not. If at the time of the script, the last action was performed less than 24 hours ago, then the prospect won't go to the next step. So for example, if it's been 23 hours that the action was last executed at the time of the script, the prospect won't go to the next step 1h after the script was run, but 13 hours after, when the second script runs. This may explains why the time intervals sometimes exceed more than 1 day.

Export and extension

I cannot export more than 1000Ā prospects
You can export as many profiles as you want in the CRM. However, LinkedIn limits search resultsĀ to 1,000. It won't be possible to export more than 1,000 leads per search (up to 2,500 if you have Sales Navigator). If your search includes more than 1,000 results, try and split it into several smaller searches to be able to display and export more leads.
IĀ can't change the number of profiles I would like to export via the export pop-up
This problem may arise if you're using 2 screens or more. You just have to move the tab/window on to your main screen to resolve this problem.
I performed an export, but none of the prospects were exported into the back-office
When you perform a search via LinkedIn and export prospects from this search, our tool will "scan" the different profiles in order to retrieve their information. When the export is finished, our tool automatically saves where it stopped the "scan", in order to pick up where it left off last time so as not to create duplicates in exports. When you try to export profiles from a search that you have already carried out, if you have already reached the end of the search the first time, the tool won't have any profiles to scan.
